Mirror Check
This one’s called “Mirror Check” because after you finish a workout, do you do a mirror check to see how much difference you made? I mean, I don’t do that because that would be dumb, but I was just curious if anybody else did that, too. I don’t mean “too” because I obviously don’t do that….
